Ben from Akliz was incredible! He helped us OUTSIDE REGULAR SUPPORT HOURS with an issue stemming from a mod pack - not even an issue with Alkiz servers. He went above and beyond running diagnostics and manually reviewing log files when the server completely crashed. He resolved our issue, was exceptionally kind and thorough in explaining everything step by step, and made sure nothing else was causing issues after we did the troubleshooting he suggested.
